To everyone in the Diamond Braces community, we are so thrilled to introduce our newest office manager, Joe-Ann Roldan! Previously a Treatment Coordinator, Joe-Ann will be taking on the role of Office Manager at the Church Avenue office in Flatbush, Brooklyn.
This is exciting news for Joe-Ann, but no surprise to anyone who knows her! Joe-Ann is one of our hardest-working, most dedicated team members, and she was an obvious choice to lead the Church Ave team! We’re so glad she’s a part of our family, and we’re happy to support her in this new chapter of her career!
Joe-Ann comes to the job both highly-recommended, and highly-qualified. She has over 8 years of management experience, and she’s been a key player in the development of teams and sales for several major corporations. She specializes in unique management strategies that integrate accountability, morale boosting, team development and productivity. That management experience will surely come in handy for her new role as Office Manager, and her years of expertise will help her lead and grow Diamond Braces towards an even more successful future.
Even when she’s not working, Joe-Ann continues her commitment to leadership and commitment. She’s active in her own community, as well as her church. She also enjoys traveling, and is never afraid to take on any new adventure that comes her way! Her spirit of service and her enthusiasm for new opportunities make her a natural leader, and a perfect fit for Office Manager. Her dedication and exceptional experience is just the sort we seek in Diamond Braces team member.
